Grand Rapids' Best Pizza

If you like a good pizza scene then you will definitely like Grand Rapids. I could give you a list of 25 different, delicioso pizza places but I will give you my top 5... and trust me I have eaten at all of them at least 3x. Pizza and good bread are my two weak spots in my fairly good eating habits.

1. Salvatore's: 654 Stocking NW Grand Rapids
Have you been here? If not, go as soon as possible! Okay, not going to lie... when you pull up you are going to think, "This is it? Really?" But as soon as you enter, it's like walking into Italy. Phenom atmosphere, good service and THEE most delicious pizza GR has to offer...in my opinion. Good pricing and my reccommendation?..Lemoncello martini!

2. Big O's: 80 Ottawa NW Grand Rapids
Last year's birthday dinner at Big O's
I'm pretty sure I've mentioned Big O's at least eight different times on this blog and that is because it is THAT noteworthy. Chicken Pesto Pizza...get it every time because it's legit the best. Also, just recently had their garlic cheesy bread= yes! and yum!

3. Nantucket Bakery: 200 Union Ave NE Grand Rapids
Thin crust. Super tasty. $1/ slice. Do I need to say anything else? No, no I don't. One time they were trialing (this is a word, right?) an apple, walnut, goat cheese pizza. I was like, hmm whatever, I'm starving...lay it on me. Sooooo SO delectable...and I use that word sparingly.

4. Licari's: 2869 Knapp St NE Grand Rapids ( right next to The Crushed Grape)
In for a healthy, fresh tasting pizza? Eat here. Cute, fun atmosphere as well.

5. Mr. Pizza: 553 Michigan St NE Grand Rapids
In for unhealthy and delightfully greasy, typical "drunk", "fat pants" pizza. Oh my yum. Not gonna lie, this joint is in my contacts. Also...their cheesy bread sticks are like 5 bucks and the size of an entire pizza. DO IT!
