Hyzer's Smoke and Disc: 4150 Lake Michigan Dr. NW. Grand Rapids, MI
Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful guys. 1 dog, who looks definitely high all the time LOL. They have a ton of used and new discs, the entire price range. They also have bags, shirts and bowls. Definitely recommended.
This is not necessarily a disc shop but they DO sell good discs. It's a great little cigar, beer, wine and self brewing supply shop to just check out.
Brewer Park: can't find an exact address but it's on 84th st, Grand Rapids, just off of US-131. This is probably the best course in the GR area. It's got two full courses of 18 disc catchers. There's a great variety of wood and field.
Old Farm: 2122 Sandy Shore drive SE, Kentwood, MI 49508
Riverside Park: 2001 Monroe Ave Grand Rapids, MI
This is the course I play the most just because it is closest to me. 18 holes, all disc catcher. Two problems though: figuring out where the first hole is and there is a ton of water (RIVERside park) so bring your floating disc, because you DO NOT want to be searching up in this water. First hole is off the farthest east entry and across the field.
Johnson Park: 2600 Wilson ave, Grandville, MI
I really wouldn't recommend this course. It's insanely hilly, tons of brush and high grass. There are only posts, no disc catchers. If you want a work out however, be my guest.
