Uncle Cheetah's Soup Shop

The weather is turning cooler, the leaves are turning color...IT'S SOUP SEASON!!! I accidentally found this AMAZING restaurant last winter. If I was having a conversation with you about this place, the words would not even be able to come out of my mouth fast enough to describe how much I love it. First of all, there are about twelve different soups on the menu per day. They are written on a large board and describe the soups and indicate whether they are gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or just plain norm. There are different soups each day but the popular soups are there daily. Some of my favorites? Spicy sweet potato, beef stroganoff, and the lobster bisque. Soup comes with a roll of bread of your choice... But I'd say go with the challah ( pronounced hallah) bread, YUM! Don't get me started on the grilled cheese, because I am already hungry now. Also...I tried their apple cider slushy, and it nearly completed me. That's an exaggeration, but it really was scrumptious. Soup runs about $5 for a 12oz bowl. Oh and one more thing... You can sample the soup!!! Try it before you buy it:) so if it's one of those crisp, grey days come warm up at Uncle Cheetah's Soup Shop; you will not be disappointed!
Ps: owned by the same owners of the Electric Cheetah!!
Pps: the address is 1133 Wealthy St SE
